Strong floral honey nose, actually dry, near dead still, extermely clean on the palette but lacks any strong apple flavor. Slight peel notes. Too clean in my opinion, lacks even significant eating apple notes, needs some stout bitter or sharp cider apples in the blend for something this dry to really work. Refreshing as is and could see it pairing well with beef.
Flavor: Very dry dessert apples, mildly tart.
Finish: Falls off quickly leaving just a dry tartness.
Overall: Nicely dry and refreshing cider, but not a whole lot of depth of flavor. A good thirst quencher, if not really a sipping cider.
